Not only is Yoga a great stand-alone activity, whether that be for its physical, psychological or emotional benefits, it is also complements other activities such as dance, sport and general life activities.

That is how I come to Yoga, as a complement to my professional career as an Argentine Tango Dancer and Instructor.

The strength, balance, flexibility and mobility benefits of Yoga are easily transferable to dance and other athletic activities.
